Qualifications

  • This individual will also help direct the product's backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment.
  • Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8+ years of product work experience in product development or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with functional areas to drive successful and timely project execution
  • Proven ability to operate within Agile methodology
  • Expertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, APIs, etc.
  • Experience leading and managing technical conversions
  • Experience influencing others, directly or indirectly, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
