Qualifications

  • You’ll design connected digital, omnichannel, and in-store experiences that help customers and members shop, save, engage, and move seamlessly across touchpoints.
  • The Membership & Store Journeys Design team creates experiences across Wal*** and Sam’s Club, supporting both U.
  • We design high-impact journeys across app, web, in-store, and omnichannel experiences, balancing global consistency with local market relevance.
  • You’ll partner closely with Product, Research, Content, Engineering, Business, and Market teams to align on direction and deliver scalable experiences.
  • You’ll contribute to design systems and experience patterns while advocating for usability, accessibility, consistency, and customer value across digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Atleast 5 experience designing large-scale consumer products, with strong UX fundamentals, interaction design craft, and product judgment.
  • You are skilled at simplifying complex systems, designing across multiple surfaces, and creating scalable patterns.
  • Experience in membership, loyalty, retail, commerce, omnichannel, global markets, or store experiences is a plus.
  • You are a strong designer who can balance strategy, craft, customer needs, and business impact.
