Kon*** is looking for a UI-UX Design Engineer III to join our team! A User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) Design Engineer III demonstrates extensive Design, FIGMA, HTML/CSS coding (or other software/programming languages suitable to user interface development) skills applied to department and customer objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

  • A User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) Design Engineer III demonstrates extensive Design, FIGMA, HTML/CSS coding (or other software/programming languages suitable to user interface development)
  • Work with quality assurance, software design, software engineers, and senior managers to develop new system features, refactoring the existing User Interface and maintain current system and industry
  • Project manages enhancements of system as necessary.
  • This position also requires flexibility to always act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
  • What you'll be doing:
  • Software Development & Implementation (70%): Each Synkros Major Product Release – Code freeze must be attained 9 Months into each 1-year release cycle.
  • Each Synkros Minor Product Release – Code freeze must be attained 2-Months into each 3-month development cycle.
  • Maintains less than 5% kick-back ratio from Quality Assurance testing of code submission.
  • Engineering cross-training and knowledge training (5 to 10 sessions annually).
  • QA / Customer Support - Knowledge transfer sessions (2 to 4 sessions annually).
  • Writes, tests, debugs/troubleshoots, and maintains the source code of computer programs.
  • Research, design and developing system software in conjunction with the SYNKROS Casino Management System and related product development.
