Responsibilities
- The Timetabling Team are responsible for the implementation and development of systems and processes to support the university’s timetabling, attendance monitoring and room allocation functions.
- Develop a through working knowledge of timetabling and act as a first/named point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing specialist advice and guidance on relevant matters for the Business School
- Develop a through working knowledge of all the rooms available such that queries can be answered as to room sizes, equipment available, and the suitability of the room for a stakeholder’s request.
- Schedule a timetable which is acceptable to students and teaching staff.
- Provide a focus of contact for School and Professional Services staff, providing support and advice on the use of timetabling software as well as training.
