Summary Overview We are seeking a Thermal Test Engineer to lead performance testing of thermal forcing systems in both production and Engineering environments. This role involves validating system functionality, optimizing thermal performance, and supporting new product development through rigorous testing methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct performance testing on finished thermal forcing system production units to ensure compliance with specifications
- Develop and execute test plans for new product development, collaborating with R&D teams to refine thermal system designs
- Analyze thermal efficiency, stability, and response times under various operating conditions
- Utilize thermal sensors, data acquisition systems and thermal test vehicles (TTVs) to assess system behavior
- Identify and troubleshoot thermal anomalies, proposing design improvement where necessary
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to optimize system performance
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, methodologies and recommendations
- Support regulatory compliance and industry standards for thermal system validation
- Travel up to 20%
