Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in technical writing, preferably for software products or technical manuals .
- Familiarity with XML authoring and XML-based content management systems (CMS) such as oXygen XML Author and Heretto CMS
- Hands-on experience or familiarity using AI
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will act as the dedicated technical writer for the Command Central project, interpreting complex engineering data into clear, concise, and accessible content .
- Content Development & Life Cycle: Plan, write, structure, and update user manuals, online help, troubleshooting guides, and service documentation for both technical personnel and end-users .
