Responsibilities
- You will run technical and research recruiting end to end, from the first conversation with a hiring manager about what a role actually needs, through sourcing, calibration, candidate experience, and close.
- We are growing intentionally, and you will shape the strategy, systems, and employer brand that let a small team hire exceptionally well without losing the things that make us a great place to work.
- You will be the person hiring managers trust to tell them the truth about the market, to reach the candidates nobody else can, and to make every step of the process feel considered.
- You'll work closely with our research, engineering, and platform leaders, partner with the wider People team on offers, onboarding, and headcount planning, and report to the VP of People.
