Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional technical talent across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and emerging AI
• STRATEGIC TALENT SOURCING
• Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized Adobe Experience Cloud and AI consulting roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional communities, GitHub, user groups, conferences, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines aligned with current hiring needs and future business growth.
• Conduct competitive market mapping across Adobe Partners, consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise organizations.
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
