What to Expect Tes***’s Manufacturing Test Engineering group is seeking a highly motivated hands-on Technical Program Manager to drive development of custom manufacturing equipment with mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in a mix of engineering and program management roles
  • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and clearly communicating project schedules while collaborating cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • As a Technical Program Manager for this team, you'll be part of the group responsible for developing manufacturing testing equipment for Optimus and other Tes*** products.
  • A very exciting role where you will interact with product designers, firmware engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production.
  • You will interface with cross functional teams to identify and define product constraints and identify key change items.
  • You will help to define and drive the development, validation, and implementation of custom manufacturing equipment to various factories around the world.
  • You will communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, motivate the team to meet aggressive deadlines, and develop recovery plans in the event of project slip.
