Responsibilities

• As Technical Author, you will be responsible for creating, managing and developing a wide range of technical documentation.
• You will ensure all information is clear, accurate, compliant and easy for end-users to understand.
• Develop, write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
• Operating, maintenance and installation manuals
• User guides and online help
• Systems and process documentation
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Training materials and technical reports
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and subject-matter experts to gather and translate technical information.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, industry regulations and health & safety
