Qualifications

  • from internal customers and collaborators to translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy applications across web, cloud, and enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product, operations, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications while driving improvements in performance, reliability, and code quality
  • Implement and integrate third-party solutions and support vendor coordination including contracts, training, and support models
  • Minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of software development experience
  • Proven experience developing applications using one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
  • Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Experience working with databases and data models (SQL or NoSQL) and building scalable, maintainable systems
  • Demonstrated ability to debug issues, improve performance, and deliver high-quality, defect-minimized solutions
