Qualifications
- from internal customers and collaborators to translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy applications across web, cloud, and enterprise environments
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product, operations, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing applications while driving improvements in performance, reliability, and code quality
- Implement and integrate third-party solutions and support vendor coordination including contracts, training, and support models
- Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience developing applications using one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
- Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Experience working with databases and data models (SQL or NoSQL) and building scalable, maintainable systems
- Demonstrated ability to debug issues, improve performance, and deliver high-quality, defect-minimized solutions
