Qualifications

  • and other immigration-related procedures;
  • Advise local hires and clients on immigration and tax-related topics, including the Dutch 30% ruling and related compliance
  • Review, prepare, and submit documentation to relevant authorities such as the IND, municipalities, and tax authorities;
  • Monitor case progress and proactively communicate updates to local hires, clients, and internal stakeholders;
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal partners, and external service providers where necessary;
  • Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with Dutch immigration and tax legislation;
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of internal knowledge, procedures, and best practices;
  • Support internal teams with immigration and tax-related expertise and guidance.
  • What we're looking for
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Law, Tax, Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Strong interest in immigration, global mobility, compliance, and international employment;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

  • You will guide local hires, employers, and internal teams through immigration and tax-related processes, ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations while delivering a smooth and professional experience.
  • Through your expertise and attention to detail, you will help international employees start their new lives in the Netherlands with confidence.
