• Manage multiple searches while delivering excellent candidate experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly.
