Qualifications

- Deliver an exceptional experience for early-career talent through engaging programming, events, and development opportunities.
- Partner closely with University Recruiting to ensure a seamless experience from candidate acceptance through program completion.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within talent, university recruiting, or employee experience programs.
- Experience designing and managing university talent programs, including internships, campus recruiting initiatives, and early-career development programs.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience for our interns, apprentices, and new graduates—from program planning and event execution to cohort engagement and continuous program improvement.
- Building on a strong existing foundation, you will assess opportunities to enhance the program and drive an even more impactful experience for future cohorts.
- You will partner closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Engineering, People teams, and business leaders to deliver a seamless and enriching participant journey.
