Qualifications
- Oversee testing strategies, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent by providing technical guidance, coaching, and code reviews.
- Champion Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous delivery and DevOps practices.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 12+ years of software development experience; OR equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, preferably developing retail or large-scale enterprise applications using Java
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Scala.
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile development environments across geographically distributed teams.
- 2+ years of experience with Hadoop, Hive, GCP, Spark Streaming, or related big data
