Staff Software Engineer - Mobile Applications (Remote)

Job summary

Position Purpose: This team is responsible for delivering engaging, customer-centric experiences across Home Depot mobile shopping app. The Staff Software Engineer serves as the technical leader for the team, partnering closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Principal Engineer to design, deliver, and evolve scalable mobile applications.

Qualifications

• No travel required.
• Physical
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
• On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Working Conditions:
• Located in a comfortable indoor area.
• Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Minimum
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications.
