Qualifications

  • This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys owning solutions from design through production, mentoring teammates, and continuously improving both the products we build and the way we build them.
  • We build and evolve the applications and platform capabilities that power those experiences, helping our Experts work more efficiently while improving outcomes for millions of customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and supporting production software applications.
  • Strong experience developing full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS using serverless and container-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented and/or functional programming principles.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying modern DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead the technical implementation of complex initiatives and deliver high-quality software with minimal oversight.
  • Experience mentoring engineers through collaboration, code reviews, and technical guidance.
