Qualifications

• Today, IAM Identity Center integrates with 45+ AWS applications to provide customers with a consistent and delightful front-door authentication experience.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
• PREFERRED
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Experience with any combination of the following: threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security
• Experience designing and building enterprise

Responsibilities

• Technical Program Manager on IAM Identity Center, you will take our SSO and authentication experience to next level.
• Application onboarding program ownership**: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for onboarding AWS applications to IAM Identity Center (enterprise) and Builder ID (individual).
• Define and maintain intake processes, integration guides, partner communication, launch readiness criteria, and post-launch health monitoring.
• Streamline and automate onboarding**: Identify friction points in the current onboarding process and drive simplification — including building self-service onboarding
