Responsibilities
- WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability, you will plan, execute, and deliver programs that improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and services.
- Working under the direction of senior program and engineering leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to apply SRE best practices,
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs, including incident management, release management, observability, automation, and capacity planning, to support system reliability and performance
- Coordinate work across teams of software engineers, SREs, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and track technical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports that highlight program status, milestones, challenges, and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with Incident Commanders to support post-incident reviews, help drive root cause analysis, and track preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system resilience
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, translating technical details into business impact
