Responsibilities

• In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative and highly motivated engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality software that directly supports business growth.
• You will contribute to technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and help shape the evolution of our platform.
• Build features for Thr***.com.
• These are usually a mix of C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Maintain performance, scalability, and reliability across Thr***.com features and infrastructure
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical standards and best practices
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, mentor other engineers
• Troubleshoot, debug, participate in on-call rotations, and resolve production issues as needed
• LOCATION
• This is a hybrid position with in-person days in Tukwila, WA or remote in Phoenix, AZ.
• BASE SALARY:
• 120,000 - $145,000/yr.
