• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• PREFERRED
• 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Strong understanding or motivation to learn drive (SSD and/or HDD)

Responsibilities

• You will design and ship production services that replace manual workflows at a scale of millions of drives and thousands of firmware combinations.
• Contribute to a multi-year automation roadmap aimed at replacing manual workflows with scalable, reliable services.
• Build SSD qualification and fleet management solutions that improve drive health and reliability across EC2, EBS, and S3 platforms, partnering with software and hardware teams
