Qualifications

  • Job Description:
  • Design of precision components, modules and subsystems focused in optic mounting, actuating, and alignment, to support the design of cutting edge reticle inspection
  • are specified and achieved.
  • Address, resolve, and document product issues through the product development phases.
  • specification, feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design, build and release to manufacturing
  • Develop and track cost and schedule
  • Generate detailed models and drawings, using 3D solid modeling (Creo)
  • Conduct various analysis, such as fluid, thermal, and vibrational, through both hand calcs and FEA modeling
  • Understand and use Geometric Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Perform detailed tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Participate in and lead design reviews to obtain a peer-oriented design assessment throughout design process
  • Procure, assemble, and test prototype material
