Qualifications
- Job Description:
- Design of precision components, modules and subsystems focused in optic mounting, actuating, and alignment, to support the design of cutting edge reticle inspection
- are specified and achieved.
- Address, resolve, and document product issues through the product development phases.
- specification, feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design, build and release to manufacturing
- Develop and track cost and schedule
- Generate detailed models and drawings, using 3D solid modeling (Creo)
- Conduct various analysis, such as fluid, thermal, and vibrational, through both hand calcs and FEA modeling
- Understand and use Geometric Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Perform detailed tolerance stack-up analysis
- Participate in and lead design reviews to obtain a peer-oriented design assessment throughout design process
- Procure, assemble, and test prototype material
