Qualifications

  • We are seeking an experienced Sr.
  • 10+ years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years of as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a related occupation experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
  • Experience in scripting for automation (e.g.
  • Python) and advanced SQL
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for providing regular analysis and insight to marketing channel and Devices product line leaders.
  • This role will be expected to proactively identify trends and facilitate analysis to identify issues and that impact Devices and Amazon wide traffic.
  • The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in running SQL queries, performing deep-dives and generating actionable insights.

  • Identifying customer signals across the full funnel, translating behavioral data into actionable insights that drive business results and inform real-time campaign decisions.
  • Architect and develop an AI-native analytics and reporting model, leveraging both traditional dashboards and AI agents to enable scalable self-service business intelligence and reduce time-to-insight.
  • Establish a unified intelligence measurement layer that connects customer touchpoints across channels, enabling a cohesive view of customer journey from awareness through conversion.
  • Define, govern, and evolve metric standards and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent measurement across Homepage surfaces and partner teams.
  • Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments to measure causal impact, inform strategy, and optimize program performance.
  • Build ETL pipelines, statistical models, and machine learning solutions using large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align the analytics roadmap with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement end-to-end reporting solutions, metrics, dashboards, and automated processes to drive key business decisions and track progress against targets.
