Qualifications
- estimate effort, and support work prioritization.
- Develop reusable semantic models, certified datasets, standardized KPIs, and common calculations to support enterprise reporting.
- Validate report accuracy by reconciling results with business rules, source systems, and stakeholder expectations.
- Optimize report performance, DAX calculations, dataset refreshes, and overall solution scalability.
- Manage Power BI workspaces, deployment pipelines, security, refresh schedules, and report lifecycle activities.
- Monitor report usage and user feedback to improve adoption, usability, and reporting effectiveness.
- Establish BI development standards, documentation, and best practices while mentoring other BI developers.

- Education and/or Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in BI, analytics development, data visualization, or enterprise reporting.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including report development, semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace management, deployment practices, and dashboard design.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets using governed data from Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly analytics solutions.
- Create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards that follow enterprise data visualization and usability standards.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer to improve data models, resolve data quality issues, and optimize reporting solutions.
- Partner with the Data Operations Manager to refine reporting
