  • Prepare and present technical reports, design reviews, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Ability to Obtain and Maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • Experience in:
  • Design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components.
  • Electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for various applications.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics and layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).
  • Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure robust and reliable designs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, such as mechanical and software engineers, to ensure integrated system designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and failure mode effects analyses (FMEAs) to validate design concepts.
  • Oversee prototype fabrication, testing, and validation, including the interpretation of test data.
