Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or space industry is desirable
- Experience with Linux is desirable
Responsibilities
- Complete a 3–4-month training program with final certification
- Monitor satellites and telemetry
- Control operations progress for multiple satellite missions according to the scheduled operations timeline
- Execute specific operations as defined in the operations timeline and established procedures
- Take corrective action upon detection of an anomaly according to approved contingency procedures
- Log and report routine and emergency operations
- Prepare and update procedures
- Maintain training material and train new spacecraft controllers
- Maintain software
