Description Local candidates may be expected to work at the client site in Rockville, MD, at least 1-2 days per week. ICF***’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department seeking full stack developers to support upcoming needs with our federal customers.

Qualifications

  • and pain points and understand aspirations, business mission and goals
  • Develop technology presentations and communicate effectively in meetings with CIO, Branch Chiefs and other Federal leadership to describe complex technology choices, trade-offs and considerations
  • Work directly with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to determine business needs and develop solution approaches, architecture and strategy to address key challenges
  • Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes to support the business mission
  • Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept utilizing a variety of data / technology platforms, low-code/no-code platforms
  • Define key considerations, evaluate new technology platforms, perform analysis of alternatives based on well-defined processes and present findings to technical as well as non-technical audience
  • Document as-is, and to-be architecture diagrams and business process flows and flow charts, decision trees
  • Actively participate in project discussions and team meetings (e.g., daily standups, reviews)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 12+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients
  • 12+ years of experience developing solution architecture, enterprise architecture artifacts
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
