Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver enhancements to schema lifecycle tooling that serves multiple database engines across Sal***'s pre-prod and prod fleet
- Own major subsystems end-to-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, and production rollout
- Make design decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, and future expansion
- Provide operational support for schema releases, including incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with release management, database infrastructure, and application teams to define and deliver safe deployment strategies
