Qualifications

- What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering, or computer science degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading engineering teams that build and support backend services, preferably using Go.
- Experience with other modern development languages and frameworks, such as C# or .
- Ability to lead with empathy, communicate clearly, build trust with associates and stakeholders, and support a collaborative team culture.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting microservices in a public cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Azure or AWS will also be considered.
