Job summary

Position Purpose: The Software Engineering Manager – Partner Integrations will lead the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity between SRS/Heritage systems and external partners, customers, distributors, and fulfillment providers.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep experience in API development, EDI standards, system integrations, and cloud-native architectures, capable of balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform strategy.
  • The role must balance API-first strategies with established B2B/EDI transaction models required for fulfillment, logistics, and retail ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for supporting the technical onboarding of new partners, accelerating integration timelines, and building scalable, reusable APIs and EDI integrations that drive business growth.

  • Lead the technical onboarding of new partners and customers across both API and EDI integration models, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into the Heritage ecosystem.
