Qualifications

• Salary range for position: $155,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience.
• Knowledge: Having ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree’ or PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Provide maintenance support such as troubleshooting and problem analysis with internal customers
• Develop training for automation solutions developed
• Document, test and verify changes related to Factory Systems in an ISO 9001:2015 environment
• Perform acceptance testing of new software and assure smooth rollout
• Assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated factory systems (including occasional off-hours on call support)
• Cross-train with other team members in applications related to automation

Responsibilities

• Develop Factory System solutions for automation primarily using Microsoft .
• Work with internal IT team for setup and maintenance of systems to enable automation
• Contribute to the testing and implementation of test system applications
• Help to identify and implement solutions and upgrades to existing solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, equipment maintainability and quality control
• Interact with engineers and manufacturing personnel for application
• as may be assigned.
