As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on internal applications and services that play a critical role in how App*** develops and delivers high-quality operating systems. Description As an engineer on our team, you will iterate quickly to create, maintain, and improve apps that empower the day-to-day work of tens of thousands of App*** employees. You'll spend most of your time writing code, reviewing contributions from others, and collaboratively designing technical solutions. You'll be mentored by experienced engineers and have opportunities to grow your skills across the full stack. We obsess over the user experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with distributed systems and with continuous integration and deployment Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles Passion for quality and attention to detail Creative thinker and strong problem solver Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience leveraging LLM-based tools for developing and testing code Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience building software in one or more modern programming languages (Swift, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, etc.) Recent hands-on experience writing, deploying, and maintaining production code Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design and writing maintainable, testable code Pay & Benefits At App***, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $126,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. App*** employees also have the opportunity to become an App*** shareholder through participation in App***'s discretionary employee stock programs.
