Qualifications
- Ser*** North America is seeking an Entry-Level ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications across mission-critical systems.
- This role is well-suited for a recent college graduate with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow within enterprise platforms and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position offers structured on-the-job training and mentorship, providing the opportunity to build hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform while supporting the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT services.
- IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Assist in the development and configuration of applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine Studio
- Support implementation and customization of ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, and Request Management
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as:
- Forms and fields
- Business rules
- Client scripts
- UI policies
- Workflows and Flow Designer solutions
