Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree with minimum 2 years related experience.
  • C++ or strong object oriented programming experience (e.g.
  • Java, C# or similar languages)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.
  • DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.

Responsibilities

  • The Work)
  • Design, implement, and maintain high performance C++ software for radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction and processing, and radar control processing components.
  • Participate in design and code reviews actively providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster a continuous improvement mindset and strengthen the quality of our products.
  • Collaborate with team leads to translate customer needs into actionable Agile tasks and actively participate in sprint planning, story break downs, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Verify and interpret software changes, including regression testing, to ensure modifications produce intended system behavior.
  • Analyze system level data to build confidence before delivering solutions to customers and downstream teams
  • Maintain and improve legacy codebases by applying and promoting software engineering practices
  • Support automation, regression testing, and tooling improvements
