Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
  • Strong experience in production support environments, including incident management, triaging, and root cause analysis
  • Proven ability to lead production triage calls and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • HIGHLY Preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pega, including strong exposure to production support and Pega upgrades

  • Provide production support for Pega applications, including complex problem research, analysis, resolution, and 24x7 on-call support.
  • Perform end-to-end production issue triage, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents affecting Pega applications.
  • Will be responsible for end-to-end interface analysis, rationalization, declaration & definition of Deposits applications and APIs, including production support and stability improvements.
  • Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
