Qualifications
- Translate business needs into well-defined technical specifications.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and
- review sessions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
- Work with lead developers and the manager to architect and design technical solutions in response to business feature requests.
- Evaluate technical options, assess trade-offs, and contribute to solution design discussions.
- Produce architecture documentation and technical specifications to support development and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with the QA team to review test plans, participate in test execution, and ensure that developed solutions meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Support defect triage, assist in root cause analysis, and contribute to overall software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI Agents and AI-assisted development
