Job summary

You'll join Del*** Tax LLP's National Federal Tax Services practice as a Manager supporting the Tax Analysis & Information Reporting for Debt Investments (TARDI) team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver data-driven, web-based applications that support complex tax planning, reporting, and compliance needs for large fixed income investment portfolios.

  • Work you'll do
  • As a Manager on the National Federal Tax Services - TARDI team, you will be responsible for:
  • Partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate tax, financial, and operational
  • into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and delivery plans
  • Owning and managing the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap alignment to support delivery of the highest-value features
  • Leading Agile delivery activities across sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support consistent execution and continuous improvement
  • Managing project plans, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting across onshore and offshore team members
  • Supporting testing, defect triage, release readiness, documentation, and adoption of enterprise

Responsibilities

  • You'll join Del*** Tax LLP's National Federal Tax Services practice as a Manager supporting the Tax Analysis & Information Reporting for Debt Investments (TARDI) team.
  • In this role, you will help shape and deliver data-driven, web-based applications that support complex tax planning, reporting, and compliance needs for large fixed income investment portfolios.
  • Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product priorities, actionable
  • within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery
  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery of enterprise software applications from ideation through production release
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for software delivery teams
  • Experience working with Agile project management
