Sch*** (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Research & Development team as a Software Engineering Intern in Round Rock Texas. In this internship you will use a cybersecurity focus to support development, testing, and validation of secure software while collaborating with engineering teams.

  • This job might be for you if:
  • You are a current student pursuing a degree in computer science or equivalent with two or more years of technical coursework completed.
  • You have programming experience using scripting languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby.
  • You have the ability to execute and document defined testing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • In this internship you will use a cybersecurity focus to support development, testing, and validation of secure software while collaborating with engineering teams.
  • You have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • It is a plus if you have:
  • At least one year of Cybersecurity course work or certifications.
  • Programming experience in C#, C++, Java or equivalent OO programming language.
  • Practical knowledge of developing Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Knowledge of computer networking and vulnerability scanning
