• Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through to production.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for modern engineering best practices.
• Proximity or willingness to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be focused on expanding our Platform Intelligence capabilities and driving a core, high-visibility objective: the end-to-end delivery of our Customer Success platform .

• Platform Delivery: Take ownership of building, scaling, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our Customer Success platform
• System Health: Collaborate with the team to design robust code footprints, optimize system performance, and maintain underlying platform intelligence structures
