As a Software Engineer I within Servicing Technology, you’ll help build and maintain the client-facing and team member-facing servicing applications used by millions of Roc*** homeowners. Servicing Technology is undergoing a full-scale System of Record modernization, and you’ll contribute across the stack — front end and back end — while growing your craft alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• You will use AI as a core part of how you design, code, test, and debug software, and you’ll be supported with mentorship, code review, and clear guidance as you take on increasing ownership.
