Qualifications

• You are likely a strong fit if you have:
• 6–10+ years of engineering experience, with substantial ownership of infrastructure, platform, or backend systems.
• Experience partnering with product and application teams to create internal platforms that other engineers actually adopt.

• Enough product and full-stack fluency to debug across layers and unblock the teams depending on the platform.
• A track record of raising standards through mentorship, reviews, and clear technical communication.
