Qualifications
- We need a software engineer with 3+ years of experience building data-intensive systems who has hands-on experience deploying AI agents in production.
- Bonus points if you've worked at a vertical AI company or have experience with geospatial data or energy infrastructure.

- 3–8 years of experience in software engineering at a tech company, with recent AI agent experience
- Work Experience
- Deployed AI agents in production environments within the last 2–3 years
- Worked at a high-growth tech startup (no consultancies or banks; big tech generally not a strong signal unless there is clear mission/culture fit)
- Experience at a vertical AI SaaS company building agents
- Education
- CS degree (or related) from a top 30 US school
