Qualifications
- Package successful workflows for use by other artists across the studio.
- In collaboration with Net*** infrastructure teams, help define artist distributed compute and workstation
- Ensure proper API support for Technical Directors to customize per-show or craft last mile integration.
- Prototype and test new workflows in real production scenarios, gather feedback from artists, and iterate to improve usability and performance.
- Establish and maintain studio standards around generated assets and materials from the artists.
- Develop and maintain
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly within animation studios and pipelines.
- Working knowledge of scalable inference and training
- and develop standardized solutions that scale to multiple shows.
- Familiarity with modern and emerging software development
