Qualifications
- to support artists and technical directors on shows.
- Assist in packaging successful workflows for use by other artists across the studio.
- In collaboration with technical leadership and Net*** infrastructure teams , help define and implement artist distributed compute and workstation
- Ensure proper API support for Technical Directors to customize per-show or craft last-mile integration.
- Execute on assigned tasks to prototype and test new workflows in real production scenarios, gather feedback from artists, and iterate to improve usability and performance.
- Help establish and maintain studio standards around generated assets and materials from the artists.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably supporting animation studios and pipelines
- Foundational knowledge of scalable inference and training
- to develop standardized solutions that scale to multiple shows.
- Familiarity with modern and emerging software development
