Qualifications

• designing the solution framework, and building solutions along with any necessary automations in a format that is understandable to both stakeholders and technology teams.
• Conduct thorough testing of the developed application to ensure that a high-quality product is delivered to production.
• Tailor communication to suit different audiences and bridge gaps between various stakeholder groups is critical.
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Solution Delivery Analysts, Product Managers, and Development Teams, to support risk management activities related to project scope.
• Establish a relationship built on trust, transparency, and collaboration with both business partners and IT teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Take an emissary approach in fostering change management between our IT and business partners, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new solutions, and promoting a forward-thinking and adaptive culture.
• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL)
• Up to 15% domestic travel required.
