Responsibilities

• Hire and develop the ML platform engineering team.
• Own the hiring bar, level mix, and performance and growth practice for the team;
• Drive the technical roadmap for the team's charter;
• Partner with Product, Creative, Science and other Nara teams on prioritization and delivery of the features.
• Set the engineering bar through design reviews, code review practice, and team mechanisms.
• Coach engineers and influence technical decisions across AI Studios Engineering
