• Experience working with device

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the team responsible for building and owning the RTI infrastructure and automation framework.
• As the SDM for this team, you will hire, develop, and lead a team of SDEs building the RTI system and OS bring up for a custom ASIC in LEO system.
• you will maintain the OS drivers, IPC, telemetry, dashboards from the custom ASIC

• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SDEs focused on embedded and automation
• Set technical direction and priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term architectural investments
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Drive career development for team members, providing regular coaching and feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MAC domain experts, release teams, and system teams to align on roadmaps and dependencies
• Own the end-to-end delivery of RTI system software, including OS drivers, Inter-Process Communication (IPC) frameworks, and telemetry infrastructure
• Drive OS bring-up activities for the custom ASIC, ensuring stable and performant firmware foundations
• Maintain and evolve OS drivers to support hardware capabilities and system
