• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that spans engineering and science, turning allocation, opportunity-cost, and personalization models into the production systems that run Homepage.
• Replace manual curation with intelligent systems, owning the roadmap for automation, campaign management, and content quality (including the Campaign Hub and override management).
• Own the hard technical decisions for services that serve hundreds of millions of customers under tight latency and high traffic.
