Qualifications
- describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- 1+ years of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle experience
- 5+ years of Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupational experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- PREFERRED
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect
Responsibilities
- identify appropriate resources, and build schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance business needs against technical constraints to maximize business benefit.
- You bring a technical background, are detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities.
- This position involves on-call
- We don’t like getting paged in the middle of the night or on the weekend, so we work to ensure that our systems are fault tolerant.
- When we do get paged, we work together to resolve the root cause so that we don’t get paged for the same issue twice.

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience, especially focused on end-point management.
