Responsibilities

• As a Device Software Development Manager on the Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) team, you will design and develop embedded software for Amazon Leo's satellite and ground systems.
• Work with peer teams and customers to design suitable platform software systems and interfaces with underlying hardware.
• Define, build and lead the SW integration team that is responsible for all embedded deliverables
• Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software and integrated mission outcomes perspective.
• Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers.
• Collaborate with your fellow team members to integrate various system elements, both hardware and software.
